Of all things that one would nearly never associate with one another, video games and physical fitness are surely frontrunners.

“Visiteth exotic places, meeteth interesting new people, and killeth them.” That’s the motto of Valhalla, Portland State’s very own medieval combat club. To this slogan, I add, “And have thyself one killer workout!”

This past week I was presented with the debut EP Caves from the LA-based five-piece Elitist.

If one is unfortunate enough to be awake during the wee hours of the morning, they will undoubtedly be pelted with countless TV ads for miracle diet and exercise products.

The sparkly “new” PSU Campus Rec Center is sure to impress students and alumni alike, truly offering something for everyone.
