Correction
In the July 20 issue of the Vanguard, a photo caption for “Union members lobby for pay increases” mischaracterized Tim Nesbitt as leading a union rally. Nesbitt was at the board meeting as a Board of Higher Education member but was not representing the union.
The Vanguard regrets the error.
