Sept. 14

8:57 a.m.–TheftPeter W. Stott Center–930 S.W. Hall St.A backpack containing clothes, money and credit cards was stolen from the football locker room.

10:48 a.m.–TheftN.W. Center of Engineering, Science and Technology–1930 S.W. Fourth Ave.A laptop was stolen from the engineering center.

Sept. 17

5 p.m.–Theft, credit card fraudCramer Hall–1721 S.W. BroadwayA wallet was stolen out of a purse, and a credit card from the wallet was later used.

Sept. 18

4:16 p.m.–GraffitiMillar Library–1875 S.W. Park Ave.Someone vandalized a wall of the library with graffiti.

Sept. 19

11 a.m.–TheftOndine Residence Hall-1912 S.W. Sixth Ave.A laptop was stolen from an apartment in the student housing building.

10 a.m. (Crime occurred Sept. 7 but was not reported until Sept. 19)–TheftParkway Building–1609 S.W. Park Ave.A laptop was stolen from an apartment.

8:04 p.m. –Fire alarm disabledBroadway Housing Building–625 S.W. Jackson St.Jeffery Kanning was arrested for criminal mischief after it was reported that he disabled a fire alarm system in the Broadway Housing Building.

Sept. 20

12:25 p.m.–Exposure and masturbationPeter W. Stott Center–930 S.W. Hall St.It is reported that a man was masturbating and exposing himself in the men’s bathroom in the Stott Center. The incident is under investigation.

Sept. 22

11:48 a.m.–GraffitiLincoln Hall–1620 S.W. Park Ave.Two doors in Lincoln Hall were vandalized with graffiti.

Sept. 23

12:27 a.m.–Minor in possessionStreet–1800 Block, Southwest Park AvenueOfficers noticed someone urinating on a tree. The man gave the officers a fake ID and was released. Officers later found and arrested the man for offensive littering, minor in possession and providing false information to a police officer.

1:15 a.m.–Vehicle break-inParking Structure 1–1872 S.W. BroadwayA vehicle was broken into and several items were stolen.

5:30 p.m.–TheftCramer Hall–1721 S.W. BroadwayA coat was stolen out of a locker.

Sept. 25

12:05 a.m.–Furnishing alcohol to a minorParking Structure 1–1872 S.W. BroadwayJeffery Brackett was arrested for furnishing alcohol to a minor in the parking garage.

Sept. 26

1:59 a.m.–Public indecencyOndine Residence Hall–1912 S.W. Sixth Ave.Campus safety officers found a man masturbating and choking himself in the dumpster yard after they found an illegally parked car near his location that was later reported stolen.

The masturbation location was visible from several dozen apartments. He was found with a cloth tied around his foot, genitals and neck, and he was pulling the cloth with his foot.

The man said he did not know how he got to the location and appeared to be under the influence of a narcotic, according to a Campus Public Safety report.

The man was transported to Multnomah County Corrections Division.
