Street – 1:40 p.m.An unknown woman rear-ended a victim on Southwest College Street. The woman got out of her vehicle, surveyed the damage, got back in her vehicle and drove off. The vehicle was described as black.

University Place – 7:24 p.m.An iPod was taken from the building.
Paccini Restaurant – 12:28 p.m.Backpack stolen.
N.W. Center of Engineering, Science & Technology – 5:07 p.m.Richard Binkert was arrested for allegedly trespassing.
Broadway Housing – 6:11 p.m.A red iPod Nano was stolen by an ex-boyfriend of the victim and given to others. The thief is described as having scruffy facial hair, with tattoos of an octopus on his neck, a skull on his left wrist, stars on his right shoulder and the phrase “Is that it” on his bicep.
Broadway Housing – 11:21 p.m. A student was arrested for allegedly stealing a laptop from a room in the building.
West Hall Parking – 9:41 a.m.The windshield to a motorcycle was stolen.

Outside University District – 9:20 a.m.A pair of Nike cleats, CDs, bags of medical equipment and 28 athletic department accident insurance questionnaires were taken from an assistant athletic trainer’s vehicle. There were no signs of forced entry.
Parking Structure 1 – 4:33 p.m.An unknown person damaged the door lock of a vehicle.
Smith Memorial Student Union – 10:42 p.m.An unknown man exposed himself to a female victim. While walking down a stairwell in the building, she saw the man looking at her and masturbating. The man was described as Hispanic, tall and thin, with long black hair in a ponytail. He was wearing Dockers, green pants, and a blue jacket with a red shirt hanging out of it. There have been several reports of a man matching this description exposing himself over the last few months.
