A subject complained about harassment from an ex-boyfriend on campus at 12:30 p.m. April 18.

About 10:30 a.m. April 20 a subject complained of being harassed on campus.

CPSO received a complaint of telephone harassment at a location off campus that occurred about 8 a.m. April 27.

Action is pending on complaints of a subject harassing residents at a university housing facility at about 8:45 p.m. April 26.

Officers encountered a subject exhibiting threatening and tumultuous behavior in Parking 1 about 7:45 p.m. April 21. The officers quieted the demonstrator down.

Shots were fired at Southwest Park Avenue and Jackson Street about 8:15 p.m. April 17. The incident was referred to internal handling.

A subject was approached at about 3:30 p.m. April 18 in the Women’s Resource Center for unauthorized use of computers and sleeping in the facility. The matter was referred to Code of Conduct.

A suspicious envelope was turned over to Campus Public Safety at 11:45 a.m. April 22. However, investigation indicated it was harmless.

Officers stood by after an eviction and lockout in a university housing facility at 5:30 p.m. April 22. Officers also assisted with lockouts at 11 a.m. April 28.

The scent of marijuana was detected soon after midnight April 28, emanating from a university housing facility. The incident was referred to Code of Conduct.

Purloined property
A locked bike worth $390 was stolen from a bike rack on campus about 11:30 a.m. April 18.

A computer and chairs valued at $2,375 were taken from an office in Smith Center about 12:30 p.m. April 15.

A locked bicycle of unestimated value was stolen from a bike rack on campus at about 12:45 p.m. April 19.

A stereo was stolen from a vehicle parked in Parking 3 after a forced break-in about 9 a.m. April 23. The property was valued at $10.

Also in Parking 3 at about 11 p.m. April 22 a vehicle door lock was punched and a $99 stereo taken. The same day, same location, at about 8 p.m. another vehicle was broken into and items worth $330 were stolen. Parking 3 also was victimized about 10 a.m. April 27 when a vehicle was broken into and items worth $240 were stolen.

Parking 3 again was hit about 6 p.m. April 27, but the property loss was only $5.

A secured bike valued at $270 was removed from a bike rack at Stott Center about 2 p.m. April 26.

A secured bike was removed from a rack at Millar Library about 2 p.m. April 24. The value was $275.

Someone broke into a copier change machine in Smith Center about 6 p.m. April 22. The amount of the loss was not available.

Stymied suspects
Arrested on an outstanding warrant was Mark Frederick, 58. He was stopped at 9 a.m. April 16.

David Timme, 22, got a trip to jail after his arrest on a warrant for theft issued in Grants Pass. The arrest occurred at about 8:15 p.m. April 22.

Brooke Lord, 32, was lodged in jail at 4 a.m. April 25 on a charge of harassment. The incident occurred near Smith Memorial Student Union.
