Abode anachronisms

Someone threw a TV set from the roof of a university housing residential hall at 10 a.m. April 12. The incident was listed as criminal mischief.

No value was estimated for a projector stolen from an unlocked classroom in university housing about 1 p.m. April 11.

A subject complained about harassment in university housing at about 8:15 p.m. April 11 and officers told the offender to leave the complainant alone.

A motorcyclist was observed driving the wrong way down a street in front of university housing at about 11:15 p.m. April 13 but was gone before a stop could be made.

Students were observed smoking marijuana at the University Center Building at 3:30 p.m. April 14. The incident was referred to internal disposition.

A visitor and a student reported they were harassed in Parking 3 at about 3:30 a.m. April 10.

Naughties nabbed

An unidentified subject was cited and released for criminal trespass in Smith Center at 10:30 a.m. April 10.

An unnamed subject was cited for criminal trespass at Lincoln Hall at 6:30 a.m. April 11 and taken to Hooper Detox.

In the same location at about 2:30 p.m. April 10 a subject was issued a criminal trespass warning and transported to Hooper Detox. A citation for criminal trespass at Lincoln Hall and transport to Hooper Detox occurred at about 4 a.m. April 12.

Thieves at work

A vehicle in Parking 3 was broken into soon after midnight April 11 and items worth $150 taken.

A window was damaged in a car parking in Parking Structure 1 about 11:30 p.m. April 9 but nothing was taken.

On April 8 about 9 a.m. April 8 a vehicle in Parking 3 was broken into and items worth $100 went missing. Also in Parking 3 at 10:15 a.m. April 11 a car was broken into, resulting in damage and loss of items valued at $1,200. The same day, same time, same place, a break-in netted no items stolen. A $30 loss resulted from a break-in in Parking 3 about 10 a.m. April 11.

A locked bicycle valued at $1,020 was stolen from a rack on campus April 12 about 1:45 p.m. On April 11 about 1:15 p.m. another worth $20 was stolen from a campus rack.

A $220 bike stolen from a rack at noon April 13 was later recovered.

A parking pass was stolen from an unsecured vehicle in Parking 1 some time March 21, with a loss of $140.

Someone attempted to burglarize an office in the Portland Center for Advanced Technology about 3 p.m. April 11 but failed to force entrance.

The door to the Campus Public Safety Office was discovered forced open at 2:15 a.m. April 6 but there was nothing reported missing.

A locked bike valued at $530 was stolen from a bike rack on campus about 8 a.m. April 14.
