Vincent Vivier, a non-student, was arrested for assault. A metal pipe was seized at the scene and no one required medical attention. The victim claims Vivier attacked them with a metal pipe and Vivier claims he did not. Portland police are investigating the report.

9:57 a.m.–Trailer break-inParking Structure 3–1631 S.W. 12th Ave.

Scott Smith was seen unlawfully entering a parked trailer by a public safety officer. He was charged with unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and trespassing.

11:50 a.m.–Assault, menacing and harassment at the bookstorePSU Bookstore–1715 S.W. Fifth Ave.

Michael Holland-Mortiz was arrested for assault, menacing and harassment after a person filed a report about him with public safety. The incident is under investigation and nothing more is known at present.

12:18 a.m.–Disorderly conductBroadway Housing–625 S.W. Jackson St.

After a complaint about items being thrown out of a window at the Campus Housing building, public safety arrived and questioned Benjamin Shuval. He resisted and was arrested by officers.

5:37 p.m.–Heroin possessionSmith Memorial Student Union–1825 S.W. Broadway

Kelly Jones, a non-student, was arrested on the second floor of Smith for possessing heroin and trespassing.

April 1

3:55 p.m.–Heroin possessionCramer Hall–1721 S.W. Broadway

Logan Robinson, a non-student, was arrested for possessing heroin. Robinson had previously been warned not to enter campus by public safety after previous involvement with drugs on campus. A public safety officer recognized Robinson and found that he was carrying heroin.

An unknown suspect vandalized a car with a key scratch.

April 4

9:03 p.m.–Vandalism Stephen Epler Hall–1136 S.W. Montgomery St.

An unknown suspect broke a window in the hall.

April 6

2:48 p.m.–Car break-inParking Structure 3–1631 S.W. 12th Ave.

An unknown suspect broke into a car parked in Parking Structure 3. Nothing was found missing.

April 8

6:32 p.m.–TrespassingCramer Hall–1721 S.W. Broadway

Jerry Sherrard, a non-student, was found trespassing on campus by public safety.

April 10

2:20 p.m.–Theft from motor vehicleParking Structure 3–1631 S.W. 12th Ave.

A car radio was stolen from a parked car in the structure. There are no suspects.
