Hot wheels
At 6:15 p.m. May 21, officers got a report of a tan Buick Century circling continuously around the third floor of Parking Structure 1. Officers approached the vehicle, which contained several people, and the car exited the facility at a high rate of speed.

Portland police were contacted and CPSO followed the vehicle to Southeast Yamhill Street and Water Avenue. The vehicle was stopped and the occupants issued verbal trespasses from Portland State.

Purloined possessions
A bicycle and lock were taken from the bike rack on the east side of Neuberger hall about 1:30 p.m. May 22. The owner valued the property at $200.

A digital camera worth $800 was taken from Parkway Commons in Smith Memorial Center about noon May 22. The camera had been left unattended.

A thief removed a book bag and contents from a first floor office in the Extended Studies building about 12:30 p.m. May 22. The bag was recovered by custodial staff on the second floor of Neuberger hall. The bag had been unattended and the value was listed at $195.

A broken rear passenger window on a Plymouth auto yielded a sleeping bag to a thief about 4 p.m. May 23. The vehicle was parked in the West Hall parking lot. Loss was $60.

Throwing things
An unknown person, gender not reported, was seen throwing things at a window of Cramer Hall at 8:30 p.m. May 25. Officers contacted the person and learned it was a former student who still had a locker at the university with personal belongings inside. The incident was resolved internally.
