A locked bike valued at $575 was stolen from a bike rack on campus about 9 a.m. June 30.

A vehicle in Parking 3 was broken into about 10:20 a.m. July 7 and items worth $850 were stolen.

Parking 1 was the scene of another car break-in about 10 p.m. July 3. Property valued at $400 was stolen.

Naughty nabbed

Daniel Cowuihan was arrested for criminal trespass and for having an open container of alcohol on campus soon after 10 a.m. July 3.

Police matter

An item in last week’s blotter showing a sexual assault on campus January 1 but not listed by CPSO until April 8 was a Portland police generated report, according to Craig Whitten, CPSO operations officer. Portland police are listing it as a confidential case. CPSO included it to attach an incident number, he said.

A student reported being harassed on campus at 10 p.m. June 30.

Officers responded to a complaint of a subject using an amplified sound system in the Park Blocks at about 2:30 p.m. July 13.

Pilfered property

A locked bicycle valued at $270 was stolen from a bike rack on campus shortly before noon July 6.

A value of $850 was placed on items taken from a vehicle in Parking 3, July 7. The break-in occurred about 10:30 a.m.

A file cabinet in the University Center Building yielded $505 in items stolen about 7:30 a.m. July 13.

A $240 parking permit was stolen from a vehicle in Parking 2 about 8 a.m. July 13.

Residential rumblings

An apartment door was forced open in a residence hall about 5 p.m. June 9. The door was damaged but nothing was reported missing.
