Streeted Officers issued Forrest Daniels, 21, a written criminal trespass citation at 9:30 p.m. July 24, excluding him from the campus. He had been the subject of a complaint the night of July 22 that he was following someone around on campus.

Wet encounter A verbal altercation at Southwest Sixth Avenue and College Street at 3:30 p.m. July 25 ended when a suspect threw a cup of unidentified liquid into the face of the complainant. The identity of the suspect was unknown.

Early encounter At 3 a.m. July 19 officers were called on information that a suspect had knocked over signs for the Farmers Market and made threats. The complainant declined to press charges for harassment, menacing and criminal mischief, so no arrest was made.

Vanished valuables A vehicle was broken into in Parking Structure 3 about 9:30 p.m. July 27 and a stereo worth $100 taken.

A similar incident occurred at 8 a.m. July 23 in Parking Structure 1. In this case, the ignition was damaged but nothing was missing.

A vehicle parked in Parking Structure 3 was broken into about 11 p.m. July 23. A stereo faceplate and backpack were taken, with a loss of $205.

Also in Parking Structure 3 the same day and about the same time, personal property worth $500 was taken after a vehicle was broken into.

A secured bicycle was taken from a bike rack near SMSU about 1 p.m. July 24. It was valued at $600.

Bottle rocket Portland police came onto the campus soon after midnight July 15 in response to a report of two males fighting. A PSU officer in the area observed a suspect with a bottle chasing another man. There was no arrest, and the matter was resolved internally.
