Officers contacted nonstudent Garrett Farley, who was wandering the building’s fourth floor. Farley was issued an exclusion for trespassing in an academic space.
Arrest
Engineering Building
Officers contacted nonstudents Jack Roberts and Roxanne Lloyd who were drinking alcohol. Both were given exclusions and Lloyd was lodged at Multnomah County Detention Center on a prior misdemeanor warrant.
Bike Theft
Stott Center
A student reported the theft of a blue Diamondback mountain bike. The cable lock was found cut nearby.
August 12
Trespass Arrest
University Technology Services Building
Officer David Baker and Officer Denae Murphy arrested nonstudent Rodjrick Renowlzs who was intoxicated and possessed an open container of alcohol. Renowlzs was cited for trespass and lodged at MCDC.
August 13
Trespass II
School of Business Administration
Excluded community member Jean Pondza was found loitering and arrested for trespass. Officer David Troppe issued a citation.
Theft II
Smith Memorial Student Union
A student reported his laptop stolen from a study cubicle in the fourth floor study lounge of SMSU. Officers recognized James Trujillo from surveillance footage of the incident. Officers contacted Trujillo, who admitted to the theft. Trujillo was lodged at MCDC.

Exclusion
Parking Structure III
Nonstudent Joseph Holden was found loitering in the stairwell of the parking lot. Officers issued an exclusion.
August 16
Theft of Laptop
Montgomery Building Courtyard
A PSU alumni unintentionally abandoned a laptop and returned later to find it had been taken. The laptop was reported as stolen.
Seized Marijuana
Parking Structure III
Officers contacted a student and a nonstudent skateboarding in the structure. Officers learned that the student possessed marijuana and seized it.
August 17
Trespass Arrest
Parking Structure Three
Nonstudent Meghan Williams was found loitering and suspected of heroin possession. Officers searched a backpack they suspected belonged to Williams and found two syringes with possible heroin residue. Williams was issued an exclusion and transported to MCDC.
