Warrant Arrest
Extended Studies Building Parking Lot
Officer Jonathan Buck and Officer David Troppe stopped Melissa Craig, who had two warrants. Craig was arrested and lodged at the Multnomah Count Detention Center.

Trespass Arrest
Engineering Building
Officer Gregory Marks and Officer David Baker cited non-student Nathaniel Carlow for Criminal Trespass II after warning him earlier to leave the property.

Officers contacted Allan Hakimoglu who had a valid Portland State exclusion. Officers arrested Hakimoglu and he was lodged at MCDC.

Theft II
Broadway Housing Building
Officers took a bicycle theft report from a student. The bike had been locked to a bike stable with a cable lock, and the lock had been cut through.

October 8

Warrant Arrest
Blackstone Housing
Officers responded to a report of a male possibly using narcotics near the building. Officers observed Nicholas D. Smith in the area and found he met the description of the suspect. Officers arrested Smith on a warrant for a prior charge.

Violent Sex Offender Contacted
Smith Memorial Student Union
Officer Shawn McKenzie and Officer Gary Smeltzer contacted two non-students in the basement of the Smith Memorial Student Union, including David Edward Reed Jr., who officers found out had a criminal history that includes Aggravated Sex Abuse. Officers released Reed, but provide a description of a white male, brown hair (currently bald), blue eyes, 6 feet tall, about 160 pounds with a long beard just on his chin.

Campus Public Safety Officers arrested David Sankey and Andrew Young on misdemeanor warrants.

Bike Theft
Peter Stott Center
Officers received a report of a bike stolen from the north side of the building.

Smith Memorial Student Union
Officers responded to a report that a male was touching himself while looking at a female. Officers interviewed the victim and reporting party and concluded there was no cause for arrest, but issued Stephen Conover an exclusion.

October 9

Warrant Arrest
Southwest Sixth Avenue and College Street
Officers arrested Justin Powers-Thrasher on a felony warrant.

Southwest 12th Avenue and Montgomery Street, St. Helens Housing
Officers issued an exclusion to David Horst, who was found doing continuous pelvic thrusts towards females who walked by him and aggressively flirting with female individuals.

October 11

Found Bicycle
Cramer Hall
Officers came across an unsecured Schwinn bicycle parked at the north side of the building. Officers placed the bike in the CPSO office. It is an orange bike with white handlebar tape.

October 12

Warrant/Trespass Arrest
Officers contacted David Bothwell and Shawna Derosier, who had been sitting outside the building. Derosier had a warrant and current exclusion. Officers arrested Derosier on the warrant and lodged her at MCDC.
