Exclusion
Research Greenhouse
Officer Brian Rominger and Officer David Troppe contacted non-student Michael Patty for drinking in public and asked him to leave campus. Later, officers saw Patty again on campus and issued him an exclusion. Allan Alarcon-Meighan was with Patty and was given a verbal warning for drinking at Portland State.

Trepass II/Exclusion
Engineering Building
Officers arrested Edward Panice for trespass and for having a warrant. Panice was in possession of a bike suspected to be stolen. Officers issued an updated exclusion and transported Panice to the Multnomah County Detention Center.

Parking Structure One
Officer Gregory Marks and Officer Jonathan Buck contacted non-students Austin J. Wilcowski and Nathanial E. Johnson in the northeast stairwell of the structure. Officers issued an exclusion on the grounds of suspicious behavior.

September 17

Exclusion
Native American & Student Community Center
Officers were dispatched to a private training event in the building, on a report of a disruptive and intoxicated individual who refused to leave. There, officers contacted the individual, non-student Monty Fowler, and issued him an exclusion.

September 18

Warrant Arrest
Southwest Market Street and Broadway
Officers contacted and arrested non-student Paul Kwapich after warrants were discovered through means of a warrant check.

Computer Theft
Smith Memorial Student Union
A desktop computer belonging to the university was taken from Room 462.

Ondine
A student reported her purse stolen from the lobby when it was out of her sight.

September 19

Criminal Trespass II
Lincoln Hall
Officer Shawn McKenzie contacted and arrested Alan Hokimoglu, who was found in the building’s first floor bathroom.

Bike Tire Theft
St. Helens Housing
A student reported her front wheel stolen from her bike while it was secured to a rack in front of the building.

September 20

Theft II
Farmer’s Market
Officers responded to a call from a vendor at the market who had money stolen from her cash box. A customer identified the suspect as a white male in his early 20s wearing a blue hoodie and carrying a bright red tote bag.

Theft from Vehicle
Southwest 12th Avenue and Montgomery Street
A student reported theft from their motor vehicle. The window had been smashed and a skateboard stolen from inside.

Exclusions
Helen Gordon Center
Officers found two non-students smoking marijuana on the west side of the center. Tina Alexis and Keenan Browne were both issued exclusions.

Trespass II
Broadway Housing
Officers contacted Virinder Singh Brar, a non-student, asleep on the second floor of the building. Brar had an active exclusion and officers cited him for trespass.

September 21

Trespass and Heroin Arrest
Extended Studies Building Parking Lot
Officer David Baker observed non-student Zachary Taylor, who had a current PSU exclusion, trespassing in the lot. The officer gained possession of a bag that had been held by Taylor, which contained paraphernalia. Officers lodged Taylor at MCDC.

Warrant Arrest
Smith Memorial Student Union
Officer Denae Murphy contacted non-student Greg Jesse, who had entered the Viking Game room. Jesse was found to have a warrant and the officer lodged him at MCDC.

September 22

Car Prowl
Parking Structure One
Officers took a report for an unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle, which occurred between 2 a.m. and 7 a.m.

Trespass II/Exclusion
Lincoln Hall
Officers Troppe and Buck responded to a report of an unknown individual occupying a men’s restroom on the second floor. The officers contacted Keith A. Nelson. Nelson was found in a stall with a “kit” containing methamphetamine residue. Officers issued an exclusion and Nelson was arrested.

September 23

Bike Tire Theft
Stephen Epler Hall
A student reported the rear tire of his bike was stolen when it was secured to the bike rack in front of the building.

Identity Theft/Theft II
Science Research and Teaching Center
A student reported her wallet was stolen. The cards were used to make fraudulent charges at local area stores.

September 24

Exclusion
Parking Structure One
Officer Chris Fischer and Officer Brenton Chose contacted non-student Chris Budris for drinking at the corner of the structure. Officers issued Budris an exclusion.

Theft II
Engineering Building
A student reported his bike stolen from the west side of the building. The bike had been secured with a cable lock.

Exclusion
Parking Structure Two
Officer Fischer contacted non-students Charles Cook and Shaw Holland. Both had open containers of alcohol and seemed intoxicated. The officer issued each an exclusion.

September 25

Warrant Arrest
Smith Memorial Student Union
Officer Fischer contacted non-student Nicholas Wickliff who was asleep on the second floor of SMSU. Wickliff was under the influence of alcohol and was taken to OHSU for evaluation. The officer then transported Wickliff to MCDC for warrants.

Officers Chose and Fischer issued an exclusion to non-student Michael Schmidt, who was found sleeping in the structure.

September 26

Bike Theft
Broadway Housing
A student reported a bike stolen from the location where it had been secured with a cable lock outside the building.

Blumel Hall
Officers received a report from a student about a stolen bike. The student had locked her bike with a cable to the rack outside of the building.

Exclusion
Ondine
Officer Fischer and Officer Chose contacted non-student Christopher Arthur, who was sleeping outside of the building. Officers issued an exclusion and transported to detox.

September 27

Multiple Exclusions
Ondine
Officer Murphy contacted four individuals sitting on the ground near 1912 Southwest Sixth Ave. All four individuals were given exclusions from PSU.

Vehicle Break-in
Parking Structure Two
CPSO received a report regarding a break-in to a vehicle on the second floor of the structure. The same report noted the theft of a laptop computer from the inside of the vehicle.

September 28

Exclusion
Urban Plaza
Officer Rominger contacted an individual identified as Shades who was sleeping on a bench outdoors in the plaza. Officer Rominger issued Shades an exclusion.

Trespass Arrest
Parkway Residence Hall
Officers contacted non-student Robert Carillo Jr. loitering in the Park Blocks outside the residential hall. Carillo had a current Park Blocks exclusion. Officers placed Carillo under arrest for Criminal Trespass II and PSU exclusion, then lodged Carillo at MCDC.

Exclusion
Peter Stott Center
Officer Baker and Officer Michael Anderson contacted Leonard Stubbs, who was looking for metal in a dumpster west of the building. Officers found that Stubbs was carrying a knife, and issued him an exclusion.

Warrant Arrest/Exclusions
Parking Structure Three
Officer Troppe observed three men behind a bush outside of the structure. The men stated they had been drinking there and the officer issued all three an exclusion. One Matt Sailers, who had current warrants, was lodged at MCDC.
