Doubt: A Parable

You might not remember the name Doubt, but you might remember a movie with Meryl Streep as a nun and that guy from the Hunger Games as a priest? Well, this is the stage play that movie was based on, set in a 1964 Catholic school in the Bronx.
Doubt: A Parable is only running for two weeks starting on Nov. 10 and ending on Nov. 19. Most performances are at 7:30 p.m. and very reasonable prices on tickets can be found at the PSU Box Office. I will admit as prop master I am very attached to the show but it has certain themes of religion, gender, sexuality, and hierarchy that go far beyond the church and could apply to nearly any situation. Hey, I wouldn’t feature an event I don’t recommend and I’ve never steered you wrong before, right?
Except for the one Sunday matinee 2 p.m. performance on November 13, all performances are at 7:30 pm.
