Enjoy a wide variety of events at Portland’s Cinco de Mayo Festival. Activities range from musical performances and a carnival of games and rides to a food court and traditional mass. Admission is free from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday and $8 for adults, $4 for children and $4 for seniors over 62 years old otherwise. The celebration begins Friday and runs through the weekend.
