The people of Portland are invited to join peaceful community groups on the 68th anniversaries of the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The event will feature speakers and performers who seek to enlighten and honor and will end with a ceremonial walk to the Oregon Nikkei Legacy Center to view two art exhibitions which explore the bombings as subjects. All ages are welcome and encouraged to attend this event.
