The 6th Annual Mt. Angel Celebration of German Sausages features live OFest music including performances by local dance troupes, Available are German and domestic beers, regional and German wines, a large variety of delicious handmade sausages. Select cheeses, artisan breads and cookies, specialty mustards, chocolates and roasted nuts round out the food offerings. Vendors will sell German souvenirs, clothing and other craft items. There will also be a 5k Wurstfest Run & Walk on Saturday sponsored by Race Northwest -www.racenorthwest.com/events. Fasching (Carnival) with prizes for best costumes is Saturday from 5 to 11pm.
