Portland State of Mind: "Being You" Film Screening and Conversation with Pete Denman

A screening of the Roadtrip Nation film Being You followed by a conversation with PSU alumni Pete Denman. Being You follows three young people with learning and attention issues as they travel across the country to seek advice from people who have transformed their learning and attention issues from a struggle into an asset.

Pete Denman is a PSU alumni and User Experience Designer at Intel who is featured in the film. During his time at Intel, Pete has worked to improve Professor Steven Hawking’s experience with his computer. Pete also works with UNESCO, the National Center on Learning Disabilities, and the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation.

This event is co-sponsored by Global Diversity and Inclusion, the College of the Arts, and the Disability Resource Center.
