HOW STRESSED ARE YOU? TEST YOUR MOOD!
-Are you finding it difficult to concentrate on coursework?
-Do you feel unmotivated and/or tired?
-Are you worrying about every little detail in your life?
If you answered YES to any of these questions, come to the Test Your Mood screening event on Wednesday, November 20, 2014. The event will take place at two locations:
Victor’s in Ondine and Smith Memorial Student Union, room 298.
The screening is simple and free, and can help identify if you might be experiencing symptoms of depression, other mood problems, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, or some other prevalent mental health issues. A SHAC counselor will provide you with one-on-one feedback about your screening results. Referral information to campus and community resources will be available as will educational pamphlets on a wide range of mental health related issues.
In order to promote this important outreach effort and to encourage student participation, we are giving students the chance to enter a raffle to win a number of prizes. Bring a friend, stop by and TEST YOUR MOOD!
