Portland State University’s Master’s Program in Publishing is excited to announce their next public lecture offered in conjunction with Ooligan Press. Dig into Portland’s vibrant food culture as a local writer, literary agent, publicist, and book designer discuss the business of food writing and publishing.

Panelists include Breanna Goodrow, book designer at Timber Press; accomplished journalist Marnie Hanel, whose writing on food and other topics has appeared in The New York Times, Vanity Fair, Sunset, and other notable publications; Betsy Amster, whose work as a literary agent includes representing high-profile cookbook authors; and Greg Mowery, who has built a long, successful career as a cookbook publicist.
