False alarms cause headaches in SMSU

Monday, a false alarm went off in Smith Memorial Student Union during lunch hours. Rich Boneno (below), an employee for Noah’s Bagels stands in front of one of the ovens that may have set off the alarm. The detector that triggered the system (left), was covered with a red cap to ensure there are no more false alarms until it is fixed. The alarm was most likely tripped because it needed maintenance.
