Center for Student Health and Counseling
A SHAC staff member reported to Officer Denae Murphy that her purse had been stolen from her office around 6:36 p.m. The estimated cost of the items inside of the stolen purse was $173.

Possession of marijuana: Oct. 28
Parking Structure 3
At around 11:49 p.m., Officer Christopher Fischer-Williams contacted an occupied car on the top floor of Parking Structure 3 because a heavy odor of marijuana was wafting out of the vehicle. The occupant was a PSU student. The student admitted to having a bag of marijuana, which was confiscated by Officer Fischer-Williams and sent to the Portland Police Bureau for destruction.

Detox transport: Oct. 29
Broadway Housing Building lobby
Officer Fischer-Williams and two other officers contacted an intoxicated man identified as Robert Long, who was passed out in the Broadway Housing Lobby at 12:03 a.m. After being roused, Long, a nonstudent, volunteered to go to Hooper Detoxification Stabilization Center. He was issued an exclusion order from PSU.

At 12:18 a.m., Officer Jared Schuurmans was dispatched to assist a resident assistant in dealing with an uncooperative resident. Upon contacting the tenant, Officer Schuurmans seized two glass marijuana pipes.

Bike theft: Nov. 1
Cramer Hall
Officer David Baker took a bike theft report at 3:56 p.m. from an individual who said he left his bike on the north side of Cramer to assist a fallen cyclist. The individual, who had failed to secure his bike, found it was gone upon returning to the place he had left it.

Exclusion: Nov. 1
University Services Building
At 5:25 p.m., Officer Michael Anderson was dispatched to contact a female who was passed out in the handicapped stall of the third-floor women’s restroom in the University Services Building. The woman, identified as Andrea Fennel, was searched for narcotics. After the search turned up no results, Fennel, who had no association with PSU, was issued an exclusion order.
