SALP adviser fired

Carol Martin, who advised student groups for Portland State’s Student Activities and Leadership Programs (SALP), has been fired by PSU as of June 30, according to an email sent by Martin Dec. 29.

Martin was informed of the decision Dec. 17 be Tonantzin Oceguera, director of student development, and Wendy Endress, dean of students and vice provost for student affairs. She has been reassigned to the Office of Affirmative Action for the remainder of her time with PSU.
