The Student Fee Committee will hold the second and last of its open-forum series Thursday at 4 p.m. with the focus geared toward general students. The forum, “SFC: Off the Record,” is an attempt by the Student Fee Committee (SFC) to inform students about how their student-fee dollars are spent, SFC Chair Amanda Newberg said. The SFC is in charge of allocating $12 million to all student organizations, including athletics and The Vanguard. “The SFC really just wants to get input from students,” Newberg said. “If anyone wants to tell the SFC anything before they do budget allocations, this is the time.” Representatives from many campus groups, the Budget Office, and the Dean of Students Office are all scheduled to attend, and the forum is open to all students. It will be held in room 228 of Smith Memorial Student Union. For the indecisive, free ice cream will be provided.
