On Friday, April 14, the Thai Student Organization presented a culture show for Thai New Year at Portland State University. The holiday is celebrated from April 13–15 every year. Students, faculty, family, and friends gathered to watch performances by entertainers based locally and abroad. The event featured special performances by female Thai pop singers Wanwan, Bowky, and Violette. The Thai Collective Band also made a guest appearance.
