Film geeks in Portland are thrilled that the NW Film Center’s 29th International Film Festival is in full swing. The festival includes a remarkable 134 films from three dozen countries. Six movies are showing each night this week through Thursday, 15 films are showing on Saturday and 13 on Sunday. Tickets are $8 for Portland Art Museum members and $9 for non-members.
