As provost, Mary Kay Tetreault serves as the university’s chief academic officer, overseeing the university’s colleges, schools and academic and student affairs programs. Her office is responsible for academic planning, budget, curricular coordination, program review, assessment of student learning goals and the promotion of faculty work and vitality.
She previously served as vice president for Academic Affairs at California State University at Fullerton. She was also dean of the School of Human Development and Community Service there.
She has held other positions at Lewis and Clark College, and in high schools near Boston and Chicago. She is the co-author of several books and articles concerned with education. Tetreault’s office is located at 349 Cramer Hall.
