Who’s Who, Wendy Endress

Wendy Endress joined Portland State Unversity in August, 2001, as interim director for Student Development. She now holds the position of dean of students and associate vice provost for Student Affairs. As such, she fills a variety of responsibilities pertaining to student activities and achievement.Under her portfolio, she counts the former Office of Student Development, now to be renamed the Student Activities and Leadership Program, which deals primarily with the multitude of student organizations.

She also manages the Student Conduct process, based on the Student Conduct Code. She is responsible for the Student Ambassadors, Student Legal Services and the Multicultural Center.

She came to Portland State from the University of Maryland, where she headed the Office of Commuter Affairs and Community Service. Prior to that, she was an Assistant Dean at Bluffton College in Bluffton, Ohio. Her office is at 433 Smith Memorial Center.
