The PillowmanPortland Center Stage and the Gerding Theater Feb. 20 – March 18
The Pillowman is a controversial drama about a writer accused of the gruesome murder of three children. The show runs on the writer having been accused of the crime because the writings in his current books. Winner of Britain’s Olivier award for Best play in 2004, The Pillowman is sure to be a head turner. Tickets run between $26.50-$28.50 and can be picked up at Portland Center Stage Box office.
The Piano MenNewmark Theatre and the Portland Gay Men’s Chorus Saturday, March 10
The Piano Men is a tribute to composers, singers and pop stars who have used the piano to claim their fame in the world. Featuring songs from Franz Shubert, Elton John, Pytor Tchaikovsky, Fats Waller, and Billy Joel will be presented with in the Portland Center for Performing arts family of theatres. This one time event will be priced at $24.50 -$35.50 per ticket available at the PCPA box office or Ticketmaster.
The Flying DutchmanKeller Auditorium Saturday, March 24 – Saturday, March 31
This opera of love and legends will be sung in German with English translations projected during the performances. The story follows a man cursed to sail the seas forever until he finds a women who will love him more than life itself. Ending in tragedy, the music should sweep the audience away.

LAST CHANCE: The Quest for Immortality: Treasures of Ancient EgyptThe Portland Art Museum Until Sunday, March 4
Located a few blocks from campus, the Portland Art Museum will be finishing up it’s five-month tour of ancient Egyptian artifacts. This has been the largest group of artifacts from Egypt to travel through North America and will come to an end this weekend. Tickets can be purchased online or at a box office for $20.00.
