Due to an editorial error, a headline, sub-headline and photo caption in a Jan. 26 article (“PSU pharmacy closed for illegal dispensing practices”) incorrectly reported that the student health center dispensary was closed. The health center dispensary reduced its operating hours to 15 minutes every hour each day, but did not close operations.

The headline of the same article incorrectly called the health center dispensary a pharmacy, while the dispensary is not a pharmacy and does not currently operate with a pharmacist.

In a Jan. 24 article (“Judicial Board lowers senator credit standard”), the Vanguard incorrectly reported that a credit-requirements change in student government guidelines would only affect student senators. The Judicial Board reduced the credit requirement for all members of student government from six completed credits to four completed credits.

The Vanguard regrets the errors.
