The Vanguard publishes daily, Tuesday through Friday.

Ad Submission
Email your ad to displayad@pdx.edu. Please submit ads in PDF file format. Please outline fonts and/or flatten Photoshop files. Minimum dpi is 300.

Credit & Contracts
Credit will be extended to accounts who have previously paid cash for a total of four ads.Tear sheets will be provided with weekly invoices. Billed accounts are due within 30 days. Those over 60 days past due will be denied further credit.
Balances over 90 days will be turned over to collections.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Mechanical Requirements
- Tabloid page measurements are six columns (10.25 inches or 62 picas) by 16 inches or 96 picas.
- Ads exceeding 14" deep will be charged as 16" deep.
- Minimum size for display advertising is 4 column inches.
