The film chronicles 30 years in the life of Sage Negadeth, a heavy metal fiend whose contribution to society is “head-banging, hell-raising and drawing pictures of demons and sorcerers.”
The film features original music from Negadeth’s band Black Christ and boasts “a great soundtrack that features classic and original tunes,” according to the Portland Mercury. This weekend’s screening at 5th Avenue Cinema—which will feature in-person appearances by Sage Negadeth himself at the two 7 p.m. screenings—will get viewers primed for the film’s upcoming DVD release.
