Non-drinkers and minors, never fear: There are equally tasty virgin options for both of these drink recipes. For non-alcoholic mimosas, replace the champagne with club soda. Or, if you prefer, use ginger ale. And to make un-boozed sunset martinis, replace coconut rum with coconut juice and trade the vodka for apple juice.

To keep your pitcher of nectar mimosas cold all afternoon, freeze a tray of the mixture without the alcohol beforehand so you can add juicy ice cubes that won’t dilute your drink!

Sunset martini ingredients
1/2 cup coconut rum
1/4 cup vodka
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup guava juice
3 tbsp grenadine syrup
4 orange slices (optional, for garnish)
(Makes 4 servings)

Nectar mimosa ingredients
1 (12 oz) can mango nectar juice
1 (12 oz) can pineapple juice
1 (6 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate, not diluted
3/4 cup ice cold water
1 bottle cold champagne
6 fresh strawberries (optional, for garnish)
(Makes 5–6 servings)

Mix together mango nectar, pineapple juice, water and thawed orange juice concentrate into a large pitcher. Stir in bottle of cold champagne just before serving and garnish each glass with a sliced strawberry.

Refrigerate all ingredients beforehand. In a drink shaker, combine rum, vodka, pineapple juice and guava juice, and shake for 10 seconds until frothy. Pour into martini glasses and finish each with a splash of grenadine syrup in the center and an orange wedge on the rim. To make it extra fancy, wet and sugar the rim of each glass before pouring.
