Stars: Senior forward Kelsey Kahle’s 23 points in the home victory against Northern Colorado on Saturday pushed her to the top of the school’s all-time career scoring list with 1,803 points. Sophomore forward Kelli Valentine is also playing well lately, averaging the Vikings’ second-best mark in points (10.5) and rebounds (5.2) per game.
The Eagles feature a young team that rely on solid play from sophomore forward Julia Piper, who pulls down seven rebounds and scores better than 10 points per game. Sophomore guard Kyla Evans is a deadly outside shooting threat, scoring 11.1 points per game and averaging better than two three-pointers per contest.
