Far from home

Although Portland State’s international community represents over 80 different countries and includes over a thousand students, it is one that is easily overlooked by the average student. From ESL classes to salsa lessons, Portland State’s international students continually enrich the diversity of our school. Bringing experiences from countries many only hope to see, their drive to see the world and to experience the unknown is an example for all that should not go unnoticed.
