The best feature of the site (at least for college students on a budget) is the free cost to post your resume on the Internet to numerous companies in Oregon. is a comprehensive staple for job seekers. The benefit of the site is the fact that job hopefuls can post a professional resume to any company, anywhere in the United States. As with, is a free service, which complements just about anyone’s pocketbook.

For those interested in governmental jobs, check out the State of Oregon Jobs Page. The site lists all current openings for state jobs and provides downloadable applications. The site includes other resources to assist in the job search, but at its best, it’s a government site (enough said).

Located in Room 402 of the University Services Building, the Portland State Career Center can help job hopefuls find that perfect gig at the university or in the real world. Career counselors provide one-on-one support and information about careers and jobs. The center also provides resources such as workshops on how to choose your major and a class on career planning.
