PSU to host candidate forums

Beginning this afternoon, PSU is hosting a series of public forums with candidates for local elections. The free forums will give students a chance to ask the candidates questions and will be moderated by members of the PSU community. Later this month, the university will host another set of forums addressing the many ballot measures that are to be decided this November.

Today, October 5:

12:05 – 12:35 p.m.: Jim Francesconi (Portland mayoral candidate)
12:45 – 1:15 p.m.: Nick Fish (Portland city commissioner candidate)

Tomorrow, October 6:

12:05 – 12:35 p.m.: Tom Potter (Portland mayoral candidate)
12:45 – 1:15 p.m.: Sam Adams (Portland city commissioner candidate)

Thursday, October 7:

Location: SMSU 338
12 – 1 p.m.: Congressional candidate forum (candidates to be announced)
